All items are securely packed and the postage price quoted covers the cost for packaging materials and handling.
I will also obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office for all items, this will allow us to claim if an item is lost or if it is not ceramic, glass or china we can also claim for damage up to a total of £32. If your item is worth more I will be happy to quote for Special Delivery or insurance.

If you do have a problem with your item and it is clearly not as described I will offer a refund, if you are unhappy for another reason please contact me before leaving feedback so that we can come to a mutual agreement.
I will always leave feedback once you have let me know that you have recieved your item and are happy with it, this is generally once you have left me feedback. Part of the ebay contract asks all buyers to communicate with the seller if they are dissatisfied this does not always happen so I have had to bring in this condition to protect myself as I am always willing to discuss any issues.
