Hornby Railway Accessories no. 4 c. 1932 part boxed.

This set was issued to combine accessory sets 1,2 and 3 to make up a 17 piece set. Two items have gone missing from this lot, the truck for the milk cans and the luggage barrow, leaving 15 items in the box as shown.

The 5 items from the no. 3 accessories are complete , with the platform ticket machine, the tinplate GR postbox, the nametape machine and the 2 seats all in good order.

The correct 4 pieces of luggage are present together with 6 milk churns.

The 2 missing items are not hard to find to make up this set to its original complement.

The original box top with its label "Hornby Series Railway Accessories No. 4 17 pieces" "code A828" is present although worn, with discoloration as shown in the picture below. The box base and inner are not original, but made up from old card to hold the items.
