Trading Policy	Please note when you bid or buy it now, you are entering a contract, Please only place a bid if you are serious about buying the item, if you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If payment is not received within 7 days of auction end (UK) and 10 days (Rest of World), the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or will be re-listed. Paying	Please complete checkout within 3 days of auction end, indicating your chosen method of payment. Payment is to be received within 7 days of auction end for UK customers and 10 days of auction end for customers outside the UK. Payment methods accepted: Paypal/Personal Cheque/Bankers Draft/Postal Order/Bank to Bank Transfer. Post & Packing	All posting is sent by Signed Delivery Services only Royal Mail & Other, Postage costs quoted are non-negotiable, if you are un-happy with the postage costs then please do not bid, Postage cost are at cost plus a small fee to cover packing materials, admin and handling, this is normally a small amount in the region of £1.00 - £3.00 per parcel depending on size and materials required. All shipping originates from UK Mainland, and all postage costs quoted are for UK Mainland posting areas only, if you require postage to other areas please contact us for a quote which also will be sent by a Signed Del Service. Posting is normally conducted within 48 hours of cleared payment being received but please as we are not a massive establishment as it is just myself and my wife we sometimes get busy so please be patient and we will post your item as soon as is possible. Please also note that insurance for items sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded is £30.00 and items sent via special delivery is £500.00, if you require additional insurance for your purchase then please contact us for a quote.
Returns	As you can see we spend a lot of time on photographing our items so you can clearly see what the condition is like and if there is any defects marks ect on the item, we also try to put as much information as we can see and knowingly know about the item. So please if you have any queries, questions please email us before bidding. In the unlikely event that a return is requested please can you ensure that all returns must include all original items, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms etc. We do not do returns for change of mind.
Feedback Policy	Feedback is very important to us, Once you are happy with your item please leave us feedback, our automated systems will then leave feedback automatically for you after, this has been set up to streamline our processes .
