It's a horn. It works quite loudly. It does not have much by way of writing on it but it does have an old-world charm. (Yes, I'm a sad s_d). The post office would want £4.41 to send this in a parcel, I'm afraid. Please see the other auctions in my clear-out. Thanks, John.
