Most of the garage doors we list are second grade and therefore we encourage buyers to view them at our premises before concluding the purchase on Ebay. In these circumstances garage doors are "sold as seen" and returns will not be accepted.
Should you not view the product prior to purchase you will be asked to examine the product at the time of delivery by our driver and once accepted the same rules as above apply.
Where garage doors are sold in new perfect condition you will be asked to examine the product at the time of delivery by our driver and you will be requested to sign for the goods acknowledging that they are in good condition.
Returns of perfect condition garage doors will be accepted within 7 working days of delivery providing that the goods are returned at your cost to our premises in perfect resalable condition, unopened and in their original packaging.
Subject to the above returns conditions we will provide a refund by the most appropriate method, less the original delivery charge and after the deduction of a 25% re-stocking charge. |
