There is a safety key that you can attach to yourself before you start.

The lcd display shows calories, distance, time, pulse, elevation, speed and a lap profile.

There are 8 programs- manual, intervals, rolling, weight loss, hill run, hill climb, afterburn - Manual included

There are 2 water bottle holders.Treadmill has a pair of transport wheels built into the base frame.
