Delivered by secure national courier Interlink that will require a signature. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of this product. When making payment via paypal please provide us with a contact number for courier purposes in the notes section of your Paypal payment before you complete payment. This number will only be used if the courier has problem locating your address or has problems getting you in it is not used for any type of marketing or stored. Please note that all payments that are submitted without a contact number may take longer than the 5 working days advertised due to the way that citylink operate. Alternative delivery address's are available but must be submitted at the time of making payment and must be included in the paypal notes and address's sent outside of the paypal payment cannot be accepted due to insurance purposes.

We are sorry but we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight or Mann or Channel Islands or Eire as standard. Please see our international shipping costs. Malta is unavailable at present from our international shipping.

The vacuum that you purchase is covered by a 12 months return to base guarantee which means if during the first 12 months of purchase the vacuum develops a fault we will repair it and return it to you free of charge. To claim on your guarantee all you need to do is contact us via email or phone with the problem.

Upon receipt of purchase if you are unhappy for any reason we simply ask you to return the vacuum and we will refund your money.

We will endavour to answer all emails as soon as possible but primarily we are open Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday till 1pm. We try to not work also on Bank Holidays but will reply the first working day back.

Collection is available from our Warehouse in Dunstable, Beds during the opening hours stated above for a small charge to cover our packaging and staff costs.
