Dosage
Beginners - One sachet every two days. Increase the dosage to one sachet daily after adapting to the product. To promote youthfulness and general well-being One sachet daily. To ease menstrual discomforts - Four sachets daily, to be taken three times weekly. For postnatal Bealthcare - Take two sachets twice daily or stew the pills with chicken (four sachets each time).
