 This listing is for a Givi Mounting platform / rack for a Honda ST1100 Pan European.
Givi Part numbered E190.
It is designed to be bolted directly on top of the standard pillion grab handles at the back end of the bike. It then allows a Givi Monokey top-box to simply clip to it.

These are only offered through Honda franchised dealers like ourselves. They are lovely quality, heavy weight chrome with the Honda Wing Logo laminated in a resin dome.
They have an air-tight o-ring fitted inside to prevent any air-loss. They come in their own presentation box as pictured. Check my recent feedback for others who have bought some of these caps...
