Honda Prelude 5th gen. owners manual

From a 5th generation (1997-2001) Prelude, this manual is in very good condition with only a couple of dirty finger marks. Also included is a fuel consumption leaflet and a locking wheel nut information leaflet. They all come in the original Honda wallet which has some marks inside and out but is in generally good condition.

Payment

Paypal is our only accepted method of payment, this is to ensure that both our customers and ourselves are protected* in the event of anything going wrong. You do not need a Paypal account to pay us however, you only need a credit or debit card.

Cash payment will be allowed on large items that are being collected, however a deposit of 25% of the final sale price, or £10, whichever is the larger, is required before collection will be arranged.

*Paypal automatically covers all payments made to our Paypal account up to £500, at no extra cost. By using Paypal, your transaction is kept very secure, we never see any of your financial details.

Postage

We usually use a national courier for all pickups and deliveries, and items within mainland UK* are usually dispatched using a 2/3 day service, although a next day service is available for a small extra charge, contact BEFORE buying to arrange this. Pick up is more than welcome on large items, but again, please contact BEFORE buying to arrange.

Overseas delivery is available but postage costs are subject to change, please contact BEFORE buying for a postage quote.

Most items are dispatched once a week, on a Monday. We will try to dispatch all items bought before 5pm Sunday the following Monday, but we can only guarantee to do this on items bought before 5pm on Saturday. Should you require an item urgently alternative arrangements can be made.

*Please note, I have recently discovered that what is geographically mainland UK is not necessarily classed that by the major couriers. So buyers needing delivery within the following postcodes have an added P&P charge of £5.50. This is exactly the extra charge I pay for sending to these postcodes, nothing more. The postcodes are: All starting IV, KW, ZE as well as PH postcodes between 19-44, PA 20-99, KA 27-28. I reserve the right to add this charge to any deliveries outwith these postcodes that the couriers charge me for. This extra cost is completely out of my hands and as stated, is only what I pay over the standard delivery charge. If you are unsure as to whether this will apply to you, please get in touch BEFORE buying and I will check.

Returns Policy

We always state which car a part comes from and, although many parts will fit other cars, it is the buyer's responsibility to determine if the part will fit their car.

In the unlikely event that we make a mistake with your order, or the item is damaged in transit, please return it to us within 14 days of dispatch for a full refund. In the case of damaged items, refunds will only be given after compensation has been received from the courier.

If you are unhappy with your choice of item, we will provide a refund if the item is returned to us within 7 days of dispatch. Any refund for an undamaged and correct item will be minus initial postage costs, paypal fees(if applicable) and eBay fees.
