Bought the Goldwing just over two and a half years ago as my partner had a balance problem
with 14,000 miles on the clock so you can see i've not used her much. The Goldwing was
serviced when i bought it. I bought a new left hand silencer as there are a couple of holes in
the old one but i have not changed it as i like the sound. Tyres have still got loads of tread on.
The Goldwing is nearly 11 years old so there are some scratches, the right hand side metal
lower cowl that covers the exhaust has a dent and long scratch although you cant see it on the
pictures,it was there when i bought it and you only see it when you put the bike on the side
stand. Brakes are dual but there is not alot of back brake, had it looked at and fluid changed
but because i've not riden it lately it's the same again, bike shop that i go to says that that the
seals are worn and that air must be getting in so that will need doing before the next MOT.
The Goldwing is in lovely condition for her age and deserves someone who will ride her more
and spend lots of time cleaning her instead of sitting in the garage.
UK bidders and collection only.
Winning bidder can pay by Cheque but bike will not be released until funds have cleared.
On 16-May-08 at 19:19:54 BST, seller added the following information:Other chrome bits and things i forgot to put down. Chrome corner light trims, Chrome Headlight Lower Grille, Chrome Fairing Vent trim, Chrome Front Fender trim, Front Fender Eagle, Windshield Vent, New Front Fender Extension(not fitted) old one a bit weathered.
I bought the chrome cam end covers because i thought the old ones were corroded but found out that it was only the lacquer coming off. Some lacquer coming off engine casings.
