Carbon fiber shroud, part is designed to sit between the wheel and the upright / brakes, it protects these parts from stones and other track debris.

Part is from the '07/'08 Honda F1 car driven by Jenson Button & Rubens Barrichello, this car then went on to become the world championship winning Brawn GP chassis.

A beutifully made part that has been used for racing / testing, it measures approx 280mm x 170mm overall.
