The holiday home is a mid terrace house located
on a busy side street. It sleeps 4/5 people + cot in 2 bedrooms. The house
comprises of a comfortable lounge, small modern kitchen/ diner, basic bathroom and 2 large
bedrooms. Gas and electricity is not included and an additional charge of £10 will be made for this. Bedding is included , however guest are expected to supply their own towels.

A non returnable deposit of £100.00 is required on
booking with the remainder payable 7 days before the holiday's start
date. A security deposit of £100.00 will also be required at this
time. The security deposit will be returned within 3 working days by
direct bank transfer or cheque depending on your preference. This is of
course subject to our agents satisfactory inspection of the property.
