The coastal village is peacefully situated 10 miles west of Carlisle on the Solway Coast, and stands at the end of Hadrian's Wall. Steeped in history, it is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is excellent for walking, cycling, fishing and bird-watching. It is well placed for visiting Carlisle, South West Scotland and the Northern lake District. Shop 1 mile, pub 100 yards.

Ground floor: Lounge/dining room/kitchen. Steep narrow stairs to first floor: 1 single bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet & basin. Steep narrow stairs to second floor: 1double bedroom with sloping ceiling.

Fantastic for dog walking, you can walk for miles along the coast often without ever seeing anyone else.  Renown for the bird watching opportunities and if you're lucky, you might even spot the odd dolphin that come into the Firth regularly.
