Under the terms of this auction, the purchaser ( consumer ) has seven working days after the date of receipt within which he or she can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period). 

The time limit for return of the item is within fourteen days of receipt.
 
The purchaser ( consumer ) is responsible for all costs of returning the goods. This should be by a trackable shipping method, e.g. - by Recorded Delivery ( for items up to GBP 29.99 ) or Special Delivery ["Registered Mail"] ( for items over 29.99 GBP ). 


The consumer must obtain the sellers current returned goods address, which may be different to the shop address, and inform the seller of any action taken to return goods, including the method of posting, tracking number, and the date and place of posting. 

A refund will be paid provided the goods and packaging are in the same condition as shipped, less the shipping cost.
