It has been proven that low carbohydrate diets are an effective way of losing weight, but these types of diets do not encourage healthy eating habits and are often substituted with high fat foods.

A diet is difficult to maintain due to the number of foods that are denied and are part of our everyday lifestyle, such as breads, pasta, potatoes, rice and alcohol. These make it all the more difficult to succeed.

A Phase 2 supplement containing White Kidney Bean Extract - Phaseolamin - may help support weight management. Just take one or two tablets before each starch based meal (potatoes, pasta, bread, rice or corn) and feel the difference.

FreeCarb, derived from white kidney beans, naturally inhibits the digestion of approximately 60% of the starch you eat, when taken 1/2 an hour before a meal. The undigested starch travels through the digestive system, where it provides bulk similar to fibre, and is then eliminated. Diabetics may need to lower their insulin intake when taking FreeCarb.

Dosage Guide:

1-3 tablets half an hour before starch-rich meals, with a large glass of water. Take a maximum of 8 tablets per day.
