It has been proven that low carbohydrate diets are an effective way of losing weight, but these types of diets do not encourage healthy eating habits and are often substituted with high fat foods.

One gram, or two tablets, of this proprietary extract of White Kidney Beans (phaseolamin 2250®) inhibits the digestion of approximately 1500 calories of starch when taken half an hour before a meal. The undigested starch travels through the digestive system, where it provides bulk similarly to fibre, and is then eliminated. FreeCarb™ provides the same phaseolamin, also called Phase 2 Starch Neutralizer®, as used in clinical studies around the world. Cheap substitutes, such as 'white kidney bean extract', do not have a comparable effect.

Dosage Guide:

1-3 tablets half an hour before starch-rich meals, with a large glass of water. Take a maximum of 8 tablets per day.
