We have never had a parcel not delivered so it is rare but if you do not receive the item then the following procedures apply:-

Special/Recorded Delivery - As soon as the courier has confirmed the item lost we will send out a replacement subject to stock levels or a refund of the purchase price if the item is no longer available.

Uninsured - We will provide you with a copy of the posting receipt to provide evidence that the item was shipped & help you in any way we can.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item(s) for exchange or refund then you must do this within 7 days by e-mailing us for instructions. The item(s) must be returned in the original condition, sealed & unopened with all original documentation. We suggest you use insured/trackable shipping otherwise post uninsured at your own risk. Opened or damaged item(s) do not qualify. Replacement/refund (minus P&P & fees) will follow promptly after checking item(s) & serial numbers in our database if applicable. On exchanges/refunds the buyer will be liable for the shipping fees & differences in price (if any).
