This item is slightly used but still in manufacturer's packaging. All software are unregistered but there are no manuals with the notebook - these can be downloaded from the web. It is in excellent condition but has a few very tiny scratches on the top cover - these are too small to show in the photo. The LCD screen is perfect, and has no defects or dead pixels. The COA for Windows Vista Business is present and intact. This is not refurbished stock and is still covered by Toshiba Warranty till February 2010. You have the option to purchase additional 2 year warranty from Toshiba to have absolute peace of mind.
