We post out at least 3 times a week. All records are shipped in new cardboard mailers with 2 cardboard stiffners. Although most records reach their destination safely unfortunately a few do not. We recommend that for your peace of mind you pay for recorded delivery (UK buyers) or insurance (International buyers) which will cover you if your item is lost or damaged. Royal Mail will not consider an item as lost in the post until 15 working days have elpased from the due date of delivery. In the event your item should go missing we will do the following :-

If you have paid Recorded Delivery / Postal Insurance :- We will submit a claim to Royal Mail and in the event they are unable to trace your item we will refund you in full.

If you have not paid for Recorded Delivery / Postal Insurance :- We will submit a claim to Royal Mail. This normally takes 2 - 3 weeks (UK) / 15 weeks (Rest of World) to process after which, they may decide not to pay the claim. We can take no responsibility in the event that this should be the case. Please note that if Royal Mail do pay out on your claim they will not refund the cost of postage.

We are always happy to combine postage costs. The combined postage cost is calculated by taking the highest postage cost of any 1 item plus the price per additional item. Please click on the link below for combined shipping rates.

If you're ever in the Luton area come and visit our store. 1000's of records and loads of merch. Nothing in the store is listed on line. We buy in daily so there is an ever changing stock.

We have knowlegable staff and a wide variety of stock. We are set in Luton town centre opposite the main entrance to Bedfordshire University down a small courtyard. Address is 1 Barn Court , Park Street, Luton LU1 3ET. We are open Saturday : 9am-6pm / Monday-Friday 10.30am-6pm. If you are coming in on a Sunday please ring to confirm we are open. If your flying in / out of London-Luton Airport either get bus/taxi/drive to Town Centre. You then have a small walk to Luton Central Train Station which runs to London about every 10 minutes. If you hit the Midland Mainline you'll be at St Pancras in 22 minutes! From train station : turn left to town centre, left at Luton Kebab house into Guildford Street, turn right and walk around rear of Shopping Centre by the church . At the top of the road you'll see Pizza Hut : turn left and the courtyard is inbetween Hair 2 and Mars Newsagent. We are first store on right in courtyard! The kettle is always on!
