This black aeron chair is in excellent condition and fully loaded with tilt tension adjustment which enables the user to control resistance while leaning back,forward tilt adjustment positions the chair 5 degrees forward,tilt limiter allows the user to control the tilt range without being locked in a single position,rubber armrests which can be adjusted vertically with a lever (New style) and laterally for correct arm alignment and a posture support which can be adjusted.
