When mixed with 250ml of semi-skimmed milk, each shake provides 217 calories, high quality proteins from milk and soy, health-protecting antioxidants, fibre and herbs.
Formula 1 contains 23 vitamins and minerals including B-vitamins which are important to support the normal metabolism of nutrients. Enjoy as a healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner for your good health and effective weight control.
The shake can also be added to soy milk, rice milk or fruit juice if you prefer.
