Payment:- For UK customers we accept payment via either PayPal, personal cheque or postal orders.  We can only accept payment through PayPal from all other parts of the European Union. 

Postal Service Policy:- Once payment has been received, your order will be shipped by 1st class post within 2 working days. We also offer a recorded delivery service.

We are unable to take responsibility for any items that are lost in the postal system using unrecorded 1st class post. Under these circumstances no refund will be made for the item/s purchased or postal costs incurred. Orders using 'Recorded Delivery' follow standard Royal Mail proceedures.

No postage costs incurred by the customer, will be refunded under any circumstances.

Combined Postal Discount for barerooted plants:- When purchasing more than one plant, we offer a massive postal discount for all additional barerooted plants purchased per order. For example if you want to buy three daylilies of the same or different varieties, the standard 1st class postal charge for the order would be £1.75 for the first plant ordered, plus only 20p per additonal plant, totalling £2.15. It is important to remember that before you pay for your plants, please wait for us to send you an invoice to advise you of the correct sum to be paid, otherwise the full discount may not apply.
