 One Off Auction for this Extremely Beautiful Plant !!
              This lush, glossy green tropical plant is an excellent addition to any jungle-style garden.
 
From the Himalayas of Northern India, this gorgeous and stately plant is the hardiest of the genus.
An upright, handsome species with ornamental, lance-shaped, greyish-green leaves, it bears in late summer dense cylindrical racemes of exotic, extravagantly beautiful, very fragrant, butterfly-like, Orhid-like even, lemon-yellow flowers with contrasting bright red stamens.
 
 Despite their tropical appearance, ginger lilies are surprisingly hardy and can tolerate temperatures as low as -5oC (23oF) without any lasting damage. If a hard frost is forecast, wrap the base of the plant in horticultural fleece to protect it.
 
These plants are perfect for patio containers where their fabulous, rich perfume can be enjoyed throughout July and August.
