Heavy duty aluminium extending loft ladder. Includes a hand rail. Total length of the 2 sections is 3.9m, but with overlap, a comfortable length is 3m. 40cm wide. Distance from tread to tread =23cm. As stated this is heavy duty and vastly superior to the more flimsy cheaper end ones available in DIY stores. It is not in super shiny as new condition and could do with a clean up, but it is in perfect working order. Comes with dedicated hook on wooden handle to pull the ladder down. Due to weight of ladder collection in person only, although I am willing to deliver locally (within 5 mile radius). Cash on pick up is acceptable.
