Heavy Vintage Green Inset Pewter Cross Medal Necklace

This lovely silvertone necklace features a large, heavy vintage pewter pendant made with a teardrop shaping.  The face is accented with a speckled green inset that gives it depth and shine.  The center shines with a cross motif. The outer edges are finished with a shiny rim.  The reverse has a plain finish and bears a pewter marking. It has been well-loved, and shows a fair amount of surface wear from age and use.  The wear actually appears more pronounced in the photos than it is in person.  It should restore to true shine with a good cleaning - which I will leave to its new owner.

It is a handsome, larger piece measuring 7/8 inch wide and 2 inches long.  The chain measures 24 inches and closes with a safety catch.
