It will be investigated, and an explanation provided. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will do our best to resolve any issue to the satisfaction of all parties.

ADVERTISED PRICES
Wherever possible we attempt to advertise our products at the most competitive price available. We do however retain the right to make alterations to the prices at any time. In the event of a clear error in pricing we also retain the right to advise the customer accordingly offering the opportunity to purchase at the correct price or to receive a refund in full.

Return policy

Faulty Goods: Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage costs. Any new item that is faulty will be replaced. If a replacement is unavailable we will refund the purchase price plus postage. 

Non-Faulty Goods: Non-faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns MUST include all original packaging and documentation to ensure a refund may be authorised. Postage is only refundable on faulty items.
