Damaged or faulty items must be reported to us by email or telephone on 01362 687388 in office hours within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange pickup and re-delivery or refund at your request, all monies will be refunded if the damage is seen to be in manufacture or delivery.

Unwanted or wrongly ordered items can be exchanged or refunded, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase by email or telephone on 01362 687388 in office hours.
Please note that the initial p&p will be lost, only the cost of the item will be refunded. If you wish us to arrange the collection of the item then there will be a carriage charge of £10 which will be deducted from your refund.
