We have had over 10 years experience in the transport industry and have decided to expand our services to cater for the eBay buyer and seller to offer a good service and a good price.
Our services are as follows:
Dedicated Delivery Service:
At Locklink, we understand that most of you work the normal office hours and to have to take time off work is not only inconvenient but also costly. Therefore, we have the pleasure in offering our Dedicated Service where we work around your times - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can collect and deliver your goods whenever suits you best.
Once we have received your confirmation, we can despatch a driver as soon as 1 hour from your call where he will drive directly to the collection address, collect the goods and then drive directly to the delivery address. The vehicle is solely used just for you. We do not transfer your goods from van to van. As with all our services, we cover the whole of the UK and Europe. At Locklink, we feel that our customers are important to our business, not an interruption to it.
ParcelPost Service
Another service we offer is a parcel service. Due to our massive buying power, we have been able to secure some large contacts with the likes of TNT, DHL UPS and Fedex where we can offer you the customer huge price reductions of sending large and bulky items over the 30kg barrier. Generally, we are not so competitive on the smaller items under 20 kgs however, anything over that, we can offer unbeatable rates on either a 24 or 48 hour service across the whole of the globe.
Economy Service:
Lastly, we also offer our Economy Service, Very popular with the ebay market! In brief, We send our vans each week from our base in Walton on Thames up to Scotland and back again collecting and delivering items on route. We this service in place, we are able to offer some very good rates on delivering your ebay items and ensuring that your new ebay bargain remains a bargain without the expense of hiring a van yourself to collect or deliver the goods. European Service:
We are now delivering goods into Europe! Due to a high customer demand, We have started to move our services into Northern / Southern Ireland and also Europe. Whether is a small item to a small move, we can cater to suit your needs.
At present, we are entering Ireland on a fortnightly basis and Europe on a monthly basis on our "Economy Service" however the European service is changing rapidly so we will be increasing this service very quickly.
We can also offer a "dedicated" service into Ireland and Europe which can be done within 24 - 48 hours of your confirmation - Ideal for the urgent deliveries or small house moves.
Typically we ask that you allow us 5 - 10 working days to collect and deliver your goods, however in reality we can do this a lot sooner for you.

Well its simple - we are family business using family values in the day to day running of the business. In the many years of experience in the transport industry, we have learnt of the many problems that can occur on a delivery, so we are always up front with our customers if we feel there maybe a problem. We don`t just hope for the best!
We are fully insured up to £10,000 with our Goods In Transit insurance and £2 million Public Liability insurance. We are VAT registered and all prices are subject to VAT. As we are a legitimate company, we cannot offer "cash deals" so please don`t be offended if we refuse!
Our fleet of modern vans are kept in a pristine condition and are sign written. Our uniformed drivers are all polite and will do their best to help you.

Please note that all of our prices are for a ONE MAN DELIVERY service only. Due to insurance regulations, we can only deliver to the kerbside, However, if there is some assistance, our drivers will be happy to help you in and out of the property with your goods.
It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that the other party understand this is a ONE MAN service as payments cannot be refunded if help for our drivers is refused or unavailable!!
