We accept payment transactions via the Kyozou checkout

Our check out process is designed that it communicates with the merchant to confirm that payments has been made and cleared. All items must be paid for within ten days from the close of the auction.
- Customer telephone number is mandatory in case shipping damages happen or your shipping address and item lost.
- We accept Postal Order/Banker's Draft or PayPal. All payment must go through Kyozou checkout even you want to send Postal Order/Banker's Draft, otherwise, you order would be delayed or cancelled. We will supply detailed mail address in our Kyozou checkout system.
- Personal cheque MUST be held 7 days to clear after we receive. After it is cleared, we can send item to you. No exception.
- All auction items are guaranteed brand new.
- We accept return only for manufacturing defect within 15 days after end of bid. After this 20-day-time window, we would not give refund for any reason.
- For any manufacturing defects, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.
- Refunds are for the bid amount only. Postage and handling fee is not refundable (Unless error occurred at our end).
- Buyer will pay the return postage.
- Return must be received in new condition with original package. Return item must be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
