Making monsters is Dr. Hazel Nutt's specialty.  Some of her creations are very sweet like the Yummy Mummy.  Others are talented dancers, like the Boogie-Woogie man.  And sometimes they can sing!  Dracula-la-la and Frankensteinway are born monster musicians.
 
But the villagers of Hamburg-with-Ketchup don't care to have sweet or talented monsters living in their town.  They decide to put an end to Dr. Nutt's monster mania.  Is there room in a small town like Hamburg-with-Ketchup for a mad scientist to co-exist?  This magical romp through Dr. Nutt's monster creation lab ends happily when Hazel receives a special gift from the village Mayor.  Yes the village people can accept her and her monsters so long as the monsters perform regularly in concerts in Dr. Nutt's immense laboratory.
