All Ford Explorer, Mazda Navajo and Mercury Mountaineer models.

4.0 litre SOHC (V6)

Book condition : Very good.

PLEASE NOTE that these manuals are intended for petrol engine cars (except where diesel is specifically mentioned) built to US specifications. Whilst many of them are useful for the same make and model of car built for other markets, such vehicles may have different features, especially in areas concerned with safety and emission control. Please also note that these manuals have a soft (paperback) cover.

PAYMENT:

I accept Paypal, cheque and postal orders.
If contact has not been made within 3 days after auction end or payment is not received within 7 days then I shall assume the item is no longer wanted.
I shall then relist the item and file a non payment alert with ebay.

POSTAGE / PACKING

I do not live in the Post Office but try to despatch the item either next day or the day after at the latest.
UK delivery is preferable but I am willing to post overseas. Please note though signed for delivery overseas can be expensive.
I always keep receipt from post office as proof of postage and willing to send this on in the event of a claim.
I will try and combine postage where possible and reduce if more than one item is won (UK)
Outside uk depends on package weight/size etc. I will try to get accurate postage price ASAP.
We allow a small amount in the postage to cover packaging materials ie bubble wrap, envelopes etc.
For UK delivery, if recorded option (75p) is taken and item gets lost I shall issue refund and pursue claim myself.
For overseas delivery same applies. If "signed for" delivery is taken (usually £4.00) and item gets lost I shall issue refund and pursue claim myself

RETURNS:

Please email if there is a problem with the item.
I will give you a refund minus all shipping and handling fees once we receive the item back to us.
If the return is due to an error by me all costs will be issued.
