I believe this to be the Saddle from a Hartland Horse & Rider.

It is of a hard plastic & looks like it would fit that type.

I am no expert on these collectibles so please ask questions.

 Q: BREYER saddle, only fits the Breyer Western Prancing Horse.
A: Thanks for the info. I have never seen this saddle before & I can't find any markings on it. I will leave it up to you the bidders to decide which horse(s) it fits.
