I regret that the box is not in the greatest of shape. It does show quite a few creases and spots of wear, as well as some clear tape on the underside of the flip-open front. However the actual set is in wonderful condition.

All of my LEGO sets are from a smoke-free home

Item is 100% complete to my knowledge including box and instructions. It was pieced together when it was originally purchased NEW, then stored and I have not re-assembled it since then to re-verify, although minifigs have been checked.

all parts are original, and not a substitute from another LEGO set in order to "make it work".

Item was opened and put together once, then disassembled and placed in zip lock bags, and back in the original box.

Item includes ORIGINAL instructions, not some crappy copy, that are in excellent condition. Original box is also included unless the buyer specifies that they do not need it, in which case I will gladly oblige to save on shipping costs.

All that I ask from my buyers is communication. I will assume all payments are coming via Paypal unless I am otherwise contacted prior to your purchasing of my items.
