Harry Juniper Lidded Cup


A very elaborate and collectible vessel by Harry Juniper, Bideford, created to commemorate the Queen's silver Jubilee in 1977.   Extremely detailed and vibrant slip decorated earthenware, dated 1977 on side of vessel, with 'Harry Juniper, Bideford' inscribed on base. 


Reads ''The Silver Jubilee of Her Majesty Elizabeth II''


There are a couple of tiny chips to the inner rim of lid (please see image supplied) otherwise in very good condition.  


A very collectible piece.

 


Measures  26cm high x 19cm at widest handles point
