Items can only be returned if there is a genuine manufactures fault with the product or if we send a completely different item by mistake. Please contact us for returns authorisation. Upon receipt of the faulty item, a replacement will be sent, unless it's out of stock, in which case payment will be refunded including postage cost paid at time of purchase. If we authorise a return for any other reason a refund will only be issued for the sale price excluding all postage costs, and the returning item must be in brand new, sealed condition. |
