Returns due to non function or DOA conditions will be governed by our warranty policy.
Warranty Information
Returns of a non warranty issues Must be accompanied by an RMA#,(805)688-0790, insured at the buyers expense and will be subject to a 25% non-negotiable restocking fee, shipping will not be refunded.
Purchases returned for Not as described or DOA can be returned at our expense via UPS or USPS with tracking information. Purchaser must call prior to return to obtain an RMA number. Under no circumstances return any item without an RMA number and Shipper tracking information. we have a large warehouse and non authorized returns get lost. If delivery can not be proven with tracking the return and refund can not be processed.
