Returns accepted only if un-used and in identical condition as supplied.For 24 Courier delivery service, telephone numbers must be included with your order, this is in case FED-EX have trouble delivering your parcel. Please note it is also your responsibility to contact Fed-Ex or Royal Mail if you are not in when the delivery arrives and a card is left. It is not the responsibility of R K Photographic to chase your parcel once delivery has been attempted although we can help and advise with regard to any shipment.
For undeliverable, refused and un-adaquately packaged parcels we will not refund the postage charges on return of the goods. If the parcel is returned un-adaquately packaged and the goods are damaged we will not refund any of the cost at all. |
