You are buying a Seedling Palm. 

The Seedling Palm is in 8cm deep palm pot and will be removed from the pot for posting.

The palm is between 10 and 15cm tall. 

GENERAL INFORMATION & CULTIVATION NOTES

" Trachycarpus martianus "

Natural Habitat: Himalayas in Nepal and surronding mountain ranges

Description:  A slender trunked palm with large arching segmented fan leaves.  The crown shaft holds a large number of branches.  The plam has a unique white powder along it's edges giving it a nice looking border.  This trait starts early on in it's life. 

Enviroment:  This palm can take small amounts of frost and is tolerant to cold and temperate locations.  It is both easy and fast growing makinng it a great additionn to any collection.  It can also fare well as a indoor palm for a few years until it gets too large.  Other then that it likes partial sun and a steady watering

Its slender, bare trunk supports a full but open crown of elegantly arching, very regular and much segmented, large green fan leaves with a hint of Silver. It is quite fast and easy growing. Well suited to temperate UK climates it will tolerate moderate frosts to -6C

This is a must have Palm for any Garden, or Patio.

 

Mature height up to 4  metres. Can be restricted by growing in a Pot.
