This is a very traditional Mary Engelbreit design featuring a happy family busy at home.

Finished size: 14” x 14” (35.6 x 35.6 cm)

Counted cross stitch kit includes: 100% cotton 28-count ivory evenweave, cotton embroidery floss, three floss separators, needle, tri-lingual instructions, and chart. Kit is still sealed in its original packaging, so NO stitching has been started. Comes from a non-smoking home with three cats and the cats are, indeed, a part of OUR family.

I will mail you an invoice shortly after the auction has ended, but you MUST contact me within 3 days of winning the auction. Payment is due within 7 days unless mutually agreed upon other arrangements have been made. Buyers not adhering to these rules will have Non Paying Bidder notifications sent to eBay and the item will be relisted.

Feedback is very important to sellers. If you have a "five star" experience, PLEASE leave me five stars. Ebay is very strict with its sellers and those with the best feedback rating get reduced charges (and believe me, I can use all the discounts I can get!) Only leave negative feedback if all other avenues are exhausted. Pretty please!

I always give a shipping discount for multiple purchases unless the listing states otherwise!!

I try to save you money whenever possible!  I cannot make an automatic assumption as to what that discount may be due to the fact that I sell a wide variety of items. I normally weigh the entire amount, calculate the postage and add a small handling fee (usually about one dollar). In any case, I will do my best to get it to you as cheaply and quickly as possible. 

International Buyers - Please Note

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Refunds are made ONLY if the item is not as I described it. Unlike my cats, I am not perfect so sometimes I make mistakes. Notify me within 3 days of receipt of item. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. I do my best to keep you informed, but occasionally I become overwhelmed and may forget to let you know when an item is shipped.

If possible, use the eBay messaging system rather than normal e-mail I check the messaging system much more frequently and your questions/concerns are much less likely to get caught up in my deletions.

I am a lover of all things feline. I share a home with my husband and three cats -- Sarah, Caruso, and Simon. You will often see one of them at the top of my store page or on the feedback page. Sarah is the calico, Caruso is the gray tabby, and Simon is our newest - the Snowshoe Siamese kitten.
