Collecting my goods
You are more than welcome to collect your goods from our showroom in London.
The warehouse is open from 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday and 09:00 - 16:00 on Saturday.
Our address is Bathroom Discount Centre, 297 Munster Road, Fulham SW6 6BW.
When will my items arrive?
As a general rule, your items will arive within 2-3 working days. Whilst we aim to get all goods
dispatched as soon as possible, we can not guarantee any delivery dates until the items have left our warehouse.
Once your items have been dispatched, we will contact you with a definite delivery date.
Can I return my items?
Items can only be returned to us if they come back unopened and in their original packaging. If goods are
returned and we receive them back damaged, or there is any evidence that the goods have been opened or unpacked, we
will not be able to issue a refund. If you are returning goods to us, it is at your own cost to send them back and
no refund will be given on the initial carriage costs.
Please note, if you have received goods that are damaged, this needs to be noted on the delivery note at the time
of delivery and the goods need to be refused immediately. If the goods prove to be faulty, you will need to inform
us within 7 days of reciept.
