This plastic panel is designed to fit into any:

·        dry/plaster boarded wall

·        ceiling

·        ducting

 where access is required to:

·        stop cocks/plumbing valves

·        pipes,

·        electrical connections, switches, fuse boxes, specialist lighting controlls etc.

·        or simply used to fill unsightly holes, saving the need for expensive repairs........THE LIST IS ENDLESS

 This product is brand new and top quality.

 Many new build and renovated properties have these hatches installed, and are in use by large building companies such as "Barratt Homes", "George Wimpey Homes", "Redrow" and many more.

 Each unit normally retails at £25 or over.

 This product is the only one of its kind at this superb price on eBay.

 

Key Features:

·        300mm x 300mm (11 ¾” x 11 ¾” approx) hole size fitting. Actual panel size is 320mm x 320mm (12 ½” x 12 ½” approx) on showing face.

·        Easy installation - (Can simply use adhesive i.e. "no nails glue", mastic/sealant, "grip fix" etc)

·        3mm Thick high impact styrene plastic with U.V. stabilisers to prevent fading and corroding.

·   The panel is of stronger and longer lasting material than a similar product "Gyproc" "Profilex"

·        Rounded safety corners.

·        White exposed surfaces suitable to paint.

·        Access hatch door is hinged to open outwards.
