Delivery, Insurance & Shipping costs

Most items are shipped via the Royal Mail. Bulky items are shipped by Fastway Couriers or by Palletline pallet shipment for large consignments.

You can pay for optional insurance on most items which will cover their loss in transit. If you don't want the optional insurance then there will be a delay of 15 WORKING days from dispatch until we can claim for the loss - this is a Royal Mail term of carriage and outside of our control.

We aim to ship all items within 24 working hours of receiving cleared payment. We will let you know by email when your order has been dispatched, however delivery times once the item has been dispatched are out of our control.

Shipping costs for domestic deliveries are shown in all auction listings, International shipping is shown in most listings, please contact us if you require a shipping quote for items not displaying a price. WE CAN ONLY SHIP ITEMS LESS THEN 2kgs TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES.

PLEASE REMEMBER that sending your item costs more then a stamp, our shipping and handling charges cover labour time, packing materials, anti-static packing, paper, fuel to take the item for posting and the cost of sending.

We also accept cash on collection at our Gainsborough Unit. Collections can ONLY be made on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturday AM. All collections by arrangement in advance.

Q: Can I collect items?
A: Yes you can collect from our unit by arrangement in advance on Thursday, Friday and Saturday AM. Payment in cash only.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We normally dispatch orders within 24 working hours of receiving cleared payment. If you order over a weekend or holiday period your order will be shipped within 24hours of the next working day. An email will confirm dispatch.
