Handmade 18ct/22ct Gold Crystal Set Earrings Scrap Wear

This auction is for a pair of stunning handmade 18ct / 22ct gold crystal set earrings. I bought these earrings a short while ago with the intention of wearing them myself but the ear posts are slightly wider than is comfortable for me to wear hence I am forced to sell them on so that someone else can enjoy them. I bought them from a reputable jewellery dealer as 22ct gold and believe that they are 22ct gold but I have tested them myself on my Mizar 24 gold tester on the screw on backs as well as the ear posts and have got readings of 18ct and 22ct and it fluctuates between the two, hence I have listed as 18ct/22ct. As I have said, these earrings are beautifully handmade. They have screw on backs with the triangle fixture to hold the ear post which is common in Indian gold jewellery making. The top section is set with a sparkling aurora borealis crystal and there is a further sparkling aurora borealis crystal at the base of the drop. There is a solid gold anchor link chain joining the two crystals. These earrings have a drop of 41mm. These earrings weigh in at 6.3g. As with all second hand earrings I would recommend cleaning before use though I have cleaned these earrings in jewellery cleaner prior to listing. Super, lovely gorgeous earrings that I am very sorry to have to sell.  Starting at a fraction of what I originally paid!
