We do not charge over inflated postage charges and all items are ready for immediate dispatch.

These items will be delivered by us or we may use a courier service dependant on location. You will be required to sign for the item and someone should be there to do so. You will be notified of the intended delivery date before hand by email and/or phone. In all cases you must include your best contact phone number to avoid delays. If there is no one to accept the delivery as aranged you may be charged a fee for redelivery.Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Some deliveries may be at weekends. We regret that we can not give delivery times but in some cases may be able to state am or pm. If we make the delivery you will be required to check you item before signing for it. Please do not sign if your item appers damaged in any way as returns will not be accepted after signing.

All items are made to order and delivery can be anything from a few days upto 21 days at busy times. Each order is produced in order that they are received and paid for.
