Return policy

Goods MUST be returned complete and in the same condition they were sent.  Should the original packaging be unavailable an equivalent method should be sought.

FAULTY GOODS - In the event of goods being faulty we will immediately arrange for the collection of the item and re-delivery of a new item. 

CHANGE OF MIND - For items where customers ‘change their mind’, we will arrange collection of the item and refund payment less the outward delivery and the return delivery costs.
