I am not sure what this plaque or tile is made of. I think it is probably enamelled Copper but may be ceramic. It is concave in shape and hand painted and decorated using Copper and other coloured foils. The picture is of Sailing boats, I think they may be Wherries and the foil gives a very lustrous effect so that the sails seem to glow.The back is Copper coloured. The plaque is in good condition,I am not sure of the age but think probably late Victorian. I am also selling another matching piece.
