Returns will only be accepted with prior authorisation. Authorisation must be obtained within 7 days of receipt of goods:

INCORRECTLY ORDERED BY CUSTOMER / NO LONGER REQUIRED - Goods must be returned by the Customer at their own expense within 7 days of authorisation being obtained.  Goods must be received in mint condition and in their original packaging. A 15% handling fee will apply to the return.  Melton Imports can not be held responsible for returns lost or received damaged.

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS - Any goods received damaged / faulty must be reported in writing to Melton Imports within 7 days of receipt.  Melton Imports will provide customer with authroisation number and goods must be returned by the customer to Melton Imports.  Upon receipt of the return Melton Imports will despatch a replacement and refund return postal costs incurred or refund the product in full including original P&P plus postal costs incurred in the return. Melton Imports can not be held responsible for any return lost in transit.
