| Return policyShipping and returns
Our Shipping Charges:
United Kingdom - All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery, larger orders may be sent via UPS or another courier.
Approx 2-5 workings days delivery (from dispatch date). This excludes handmade Jewellery which may take up to 10 working days from processing date to dispatch.
Outside United Kingdom - All Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For
For High Value Items items may be snet via Courier usually DHL or UPS. Please be aware that items may incur Custom Fees which you as a customer are liable for.
Approx 5-14 working days delivery (from dispatch date). This excludes handmade Jewellery which may take up to 10 working days from processing date to dispatch.
From time to time, items are 'Mislaid' by the delivery company, we do everything in our power to prevent this, but sometimes it does happen. If you ever experience a longer than normal delay** in receiving your order, please contact us. We will then start an investigation for you and will dispatch a replacement. Refunds cannot be given until an investigation has been conducted (this can take up to 30 working days).

In the unlikely event that you have to return any products to us you should be aware of the following.
Please login to your account and send us a message through ebay or give us a call on 0844 414 2034.
All items are covered by our RTB warranty (unless stated otherwise) RTB = Return To Base (Customer is responsible for return carriage costs). We are not liable for any carriage costs in returning the goods for inspection.
Please return using either Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
Please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting (this is free of charge) which will serve as your proof of posting should Royal Mail mislay your parcel, we are only responsible for the goods after we receive them. This excludes items damaged in transit, these will be replaced at no cost to you. We will refund reasonable return postage costs on FAULTY items that are returned to us within 14 days of purchase. NOTE: We will not refund any return postage costs for any items shipped outside the UK
We only accept returns clearly labelled with item number and the reason of the return.
All returned goods must be securely packed and in an unused condition. We will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Out of Stock Items:
Out of stock items are normally automatically removed from our site. Whilst we make every effort to ensure our website is always accurate with it's stock monitoring, there are rare occasions when the website will have an incorrect stock figure. If you order an item that is out of stock, you would be offered an alternative. We have a rolling stock on many of our items so if it is our of stock at the time of purchase it will usually be with us within 14 days. If we can not provide you with a replacement or the item is not back in stock soon enough we will offer you a full refund.
Damaged Goods:
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for any damage. If the package you receive looks like it may be damaged or has been tampered with you should refuse the package or mark the courier’s sheet to show this (if you do sign to accept the package). If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you then we will replace or refund the price paid. If you find any damages you must inform us by telephone on 0844 414 2034 within 24hrs (preferably immediately on the same day you receive them). We will make a note of the order number when you phone, You will then need to send a message via ebay listing any damages/shortages. We will try to resolve this ASAP. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 48hrs of receipt.
Refunds are only given for items that are of a low value (under £20) that have not been worn, an exchange for a similar value will be offered for items over £20.
Clearance Items: Clearance items are exempt from any warranty
Your statutory rights are not affected
Remittance Terms: All goods remain the property of WFC Jewellery until paid for in full.
