There are large free car parks and many other shops on site including the Adidas Outlet Store, Bike Shop, Carpet & furniture stores, gyms, the highest climbing wall in England and a great kids play area so why not make a day of it whilst collecting your purchase or try before you buy.

We use a fully secure checkout system integrated by ebay and Paypal which allows payments directly by credit or debit cards in addition to normal Paypal payments and Postal order payments.
We ship to any address (not PO Boxes) you select including work, school, friends, family, neighbours, etc when paid for by PayPal. The delivery address required must be entered on 
the Paypal payment screen. For card payments we ship to the registered billing address only.
We offer a fantastic UK postage discount scheme for multiple item purchases. If buying multiple items the postage discount works when all items are paid for at the same time using one payment to one address. 
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days by email or in writing. All orders are cancelled after 7 days if we have not been contacted by email.

Shipping and Delivery Times

We ship all orders the same day Monday to Friday where payments clear by 2pm. 
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays.
Delivery times are dependant on the service selected. Most items to mainland 
UK (excluding Highlands) are delivered the next working day except for items 
sent by 2nd Class Post. We charge the same price to all UK addresses but 
delivery times and the services used to UK offshore destinations may vary from 
those advertised.
We ship items to the whole of the EU (Excludes certain areas outside EU tax rules such as The Canaries ). For shipping to 
Romania, Cyprus, Tax Free zones and offshore destinations please contact us before purchasing. 
Certain large items can only be shipped to Mainland UK addresses.
All items are insured for damage in transit and loss However we recommend selecting a signed for service such as recorded delivery as occasionally the Post Office do mislay items and they do not deem them lost for 3 weeks. We can provide proof of shipping for  all items.  
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you but in the case of damage please contact us within 24 hours.

All items we sell are brand new from official UK distributors and are supplied in their original packaging unless stated otherwise.
All items supplied are in English language such as instruction manuals, Books and DVD's etc and all electrical and electronic items for mains power use are supplied with plugs for the UK market unless stated otherwise.
Many products we sell are made from natural woods and as such the specific grain and colours may vary from our photos, this is out of our control.
We make every effort to ensure our photographs and product details are up to date and correct but occasionally suppliers do change specifications without notifying us. If we find a change to specification when we are checking your item for shipping we will inform you immediately before sending.

Returns and Guarantees

All items excluding consumables such as strings, etc are covered by a 12 month return to base warranty unless stated otherwise in the product details.
All items are covered by a 14 day money back guarantee from the day of receipt. We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase but whatever reason you are unhappy with your item please email us and we will respond with details for the return.
Items returned under the 14 day money back guarantee are the responsibility of the customer until safely received by us. 

All items returned must be fully complete in original condition, in the original packaging with all labels and instructions. Refunds will be made once the item has been fully checked and inspected. Refunds will be for the price of the item excluding any shipping or associated costs
Items faulty or damaged on receipt must be reported by email within 2 working day from receipt. 
Faulty/damaged returns/collections will be made based on the original shipping 
service paid for and will be free of charge to the customer once the returned 
item has the reported fault verified. Items returned as faulty but found to be working on receipt will have a charge for re-sending the item applied.
Faulty items will be exchanged or a refund offered and please report to us by email with 28 days. For faulty items outside 28 days, please contact us by email and we will provide instructions for the return. The return to us will be at the customers cost and we will pay the return shipping.
If you are unhappy with an item please allow us to help solve the problem, please do not leave poor feedback without allowing us the chance to correct any problems.
